We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Legal Counsel/Contract Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Do:
As a Legal Counsel/Contract Manager, you will collaborate closely with management and our cross-functional team to maintain and develop strategic, forward-looking legal solutions that support the company’s long-term goals:
- Assess and advise the management on legal matters with special focus on corporate and commercial contracts in an international context
- Draft, review, negotiate and administrate commercial and other agreements to scale the company’s business
- Apply strategic and creative thinking to your day-to-day work, developing clear and future-oriented legal frameworks that align with business objectives and mitigate risk
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
- Stay ahead of contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance obligations
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, industry standards and internal governance documents
- Manage and coordinate external legal support
- Work on legal due diligence matters and documentation in connection with corporate transactions and strategic projects
- Conduct internal legal training to raise awareness on key contractual and compliance matters
- Advise on and monitor regulatory developments relevant to the business, ensuring timely implementation of necessary changes

- Being an expert from day one isn’t expected; there is space for development and growth
Your profile:
- degree in law (alternatively, as a contract manager: degree in a related field)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, either at a law firm or in an in-house legal department
- A solid understanding of contract law and experience in contract drafting, corporate law, and general commercial legal matters
- Strong communication skills across different stakeholders and ability to work across departments; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus
- A proactive and hands-on attitude with attention to detail and characterized by a structured way of working
- A solution-oriented approach and the ability to reduce legal complexity with the goal to render practical, tailored legal and related advice
- Proactive and creative thinking, with the ability to thrive as a self-starter in an interdisciplinary environment
- A problem-solving mindset and contributing to a forward-thinking, constructive team spirit
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions is a plus
