We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. If you’re passionate about pioneering technologies, managing full-spectrum project execution and support in building a new industry for sustainable aviation, we want to hear from you! 

Project Manager - Power-to-Liquid (PtL)

Finland, Norway, Germany| starting date: as soon as possible | fulltime | experience: 5 years 

What You`ll Do  

  • Take on the project management of technical processes and developments, working closely with our project management team to implement effective solutions
  • Lead the permitting processes for our plant(s), including EIA and zoning processes
  • Oversee the FEED contractor at our plant(s), including managing engineering deliverables and coordinating interfaces with the permitting contractor
  • Define project scopes, develop technical specifications, and establish milestones for tenders, selecting contractors through techno-economic evaluations for engineering services
  • Assist in coordinating our engineering work in the Nordics, including but not limited to technology scouting, permitting engineering, cost management, FEED contractor follow-up, and HSE
  • Coordinate processes with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and service providers in the various phases of the project(s)
  • Execute and ensure compliance with the project schedule, creating cost and effort estimates, and monitoring project budgets and quality goals, while also overseeing cost follow-up
  • Integrate your know-how in the further development of our project portfolio – from site identification to the first tons of e-Fuel being produced

Your Profile

  • A university or technical college degree, preferably in civil, electrical, automation, or process engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant technical project engineering roles, including project management principles
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in any of the Scandinavian languages or/and Finnish being a plus  
  • Experience in working with authorities on permit processes and grid planning
  • Experience in contract management and contract tendering is a plus
  • Preferably based in Norway, Finland, or Germany
  • Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to efficiently manage and report on project progress
